Purchasing

For prompt service, ordering via telephone, fax, and email is encouraged. There is no minimum order limit. We accepte both PO and credit Card orders. To place an order, please give a purchase order number, or credit card information, shipping and billing address via

Payment

We accept following methods of payment:

• Bank wire transfer. Please contact us for our bank information.
• Credit Card.
• Check or money order. Please make it payable to ChiralStar, Inc. and send it to our mailing address.

Payment terms are Net 30 days for approved accounts. A 1.5% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days may be added to invoice from date of shipment.

Shipping

On-time delivery has been the key in our business operation. We will deliver ordered product by the best way possible. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, special packaging and insurance charges unless other arrangements are made. We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping.

Quote

Quote will only be provied through email to inquirer who has an email address from a corporation, university, research institute, and government institution.
